Inspite of being widowed 7.5yrs ago, I'm still cheerful, ambitious, friendly, helpful,responsible, exercise daily (jog, stationary bike, weights, etc.) and my kids and grand-kids can't keep up with me. I enjoy entertaining,cooking(vegan experiments),sewing, volunteering for Gospel Outreach as Regional Director / on their Board, and go to my region(India) every year.
