Kuvailisin itseäni

I am a laid back, easy to get along with, but serious thinking Christian, who has recently moved to Gauteng. I am creative in the arts field, enjoy travelling and cooking, reading (& writing)and music, (even though I'll never make the choir.) I admire a sense of humour (even have one myself)and my friends say I'm in touch with my 'feminine side', but not too much!! (even female friends! I suppose male opinions wouldn't count anyway) I enjoy sports, but I'm not a fanatic or a couch potato. I avoid silly arguments and forgive easily. I try to live an examined life rather than just letting things flow, as apathy usually leads to troubled waters. I am affectionate but not clingy, and appreciate others to have the freedom to express themselves and have their own interests and personality as well. I accept criticism, which I much prefer to being given the silent treatment. Impatient with sulkers and quarrelsome people. I take God and His kingdom seriously, and by Christian I dont just mean that I believe in God and go to church sometimes. I believe in the Bible as the final word on truth, and do not want to meet anyone who considers themself to be on a higher spiritual plane than the rest of us, or any self appointed prophets!! (I guess that cuts out a lot of return mail, ha ha.) If I say more someone is going to offer me a pedestal, so I'll leave it at that. Thanks for reading this far.
