I love the Lord...I love to Laugh...I grew up in Malibu, on the beaches of Southern California...I love to Boogie Board and Body Surf. I have a soul deep connection with the ocean. I love music...it is in my soul. I play guitar and sing...pretty well...all four of my grown boys are singer/songwriters as well. (I suffer from a severe case of "Proud Papa Syndrome") I love the ocean and I love a warm beach. I once upon a time played Collegiate Volleyball, Basketball and Tennis. A hip replacement in February and an Bilateral Total knee replacements in June has me loving water sports...swimming and recreational Kayaking...oh so much fun! Long walks and hiking are will be added to my activities soon. I am a movie fanatic...a writer...an author...a poet...a motivational speaker and a huge believer that this life is a precious gift and that human beings are capable of far more than they know. I am between 6'3 and 6'4 and I am a large man...I have intentionally lost 135 lbs in the past year with 65 more pounds to follow. The journey cannot be hurried...the lessons learned are like fragrant rose petals strewn along the path. I am a certified Life Coach and a Certified Optimal Health Coach. I am writing my 5th book..."CONFESSIONS OF A (FORMER) FOOD ADDICT: Half The Man I Used To Be!" I am taking charge of my life in every area...I am changing my weight...changing my health...I am changing my stars. There is more to this life than a series of well crafted sales contracts and nicely manicured suburban lawns...so much more. God wants the best for me...it's time to do my part...there is no quit in me. I am working on becoming a better version of myself...every day...in every way. I am looking for someone to join me on my journey. My dream is to get an advanced degree in oceanography and to live on a boat off the Channel Islands in So Cal near Santa Barbara...scuba diving, boogie boarding, sailing, and studying deep sea ocean life just off the continental shelf.
