Hello, My name is Brian. I am , a simple guy who is looking to find a friend, with the potential to share a life together. I am a believer who has a strong personal relationship with Him, and I wish to share that path with someone who wants to grow together. I am divorced and I have a 7 yr old daughter living with me, as well as 3 older children ranging in age from 22-18. I am a full time college student working towards a degree in teaching. I still work part time, however, not as much as I would like. I love to camp hunt and fish, and generally get out as much as I can. I have spent most of my working career in and around the woodworking business, and I have been told that I am fairly talented in that regard. I am a hard worker who likes to keep busy, yet at the same time, I love to relax and just spend quiet time with those around me, and by myself as well.I love the family unit, and all it stands for. I am a social and economic conservative, who still believes in his country, and all it stands for. I do suffer from both Asthma, and type 2 diabetes, though I am able to control both, I do have to be careful. I come from a large family, and the youngest of 3 boys, with a little sister, my dad calls me the "swede in the woodpile" as I am the only blonde. I am afraid that I don't have the "Trim Hollywood body" but I'm not an person whose body reflects nothing but wrong eating habits either. I love to read, and watch a good movie. with Science Fiction and Comedies being my favorite, but I also have a few romantic comedies in my collection as well. I like to travel, though I have yet to go as far as I would have liked by now. Though I live in a city, I am a small town/country boy at heart. I hope to one day be able to live in a community that is close the roots of my youth. I like to cook, and do a pretty good job at it. My mom did not want her boys to marry because they did not know how to cook , clean or sew, so I am decent with a sewing machine in front of me as well. And I even know the proper etiquette with my laundry. People say that I have a creative mind who likes to laugh. And while my sense of humor may seem unique to some, it is who I am. I am not looking for someone who wants to change the world, but is content on being a strong influence on those around them in a positive and uplifting way, content to let God use them in effective ways. While I do not smoke, I will rarely have an alcoholic beverage, mostly when I am camping. I am a fairly simple man, who lives a fairly simple life. I am for the most part, content with who am, yet there is always room for improvement.
