They say laughter is the best medicine. Family, faith, friends and work keep me pretty busy. I have travelled a lot - well pre-covid days. My favourite seasons would have to be 🍂, 🌼 and 🌺. Fitness is pretty important to me. I enjoy walking, swimming, biking (although I do need to get back on my road bike) and reading. I really enjoy being in good company and going on adventures.
