Me describiría a mi mismo como
I am friendly although a little reserved until I know a person. Once I know I can trust someone I am open honest and very loyal. I think I have what they say is a melancholic personality. This means I am creative,respectful, analytical and thoughtful. The 'thinker'. So that sounds as if I am very serious. Well I can be but I also have a great sense of fun and a good sense of humour. I am passionate about the people and the things I care about and have a heart to help people be whole and living to their potential. Hence my working life was always helping the hurt and broken. I guess my quirkiest characteristic is having a Harley.
I would like to meet someone who is as passionate about God as I am, if not more, who knows he has a purpose and destiny and wants to share that. Someone who is fun but can be serious when needs be and who enjoys discussion and learning. Someone who enjoys travel and exploring new places. Why? So that we could be companions, lovers and enjoy our latter years more than our former years. am very happily retired having had the opportunity to retire a little early.
Now I volunteer for church and would love to see a 'healing room' established in which I would also volunteer.
God is integral to my life and I actively pursue more of Him on a daily basis. I long to see a great outpouring of His Spirit on the land where once again people fall under the power of the Holy Spirit. I attend a modern contemporary AOG church which has three campuses and has a clear vision and purpose. It's my family and I am totally committed to it. I go because I love the worship, teaching and people. I belong because God has planted me there. I serve because that is His heart.
I have an appreciation for nature. Love being with people of like mind and spending time with friends.
I like troubleshooting technical and electronic gremlins and I'm always tempted by the latest gadget!
What makes me feel most alive is when the Presence of God is tangible and real and when the Holy Spirit is moving upon me.
