I'm a passionate, sensitive,tactile,prayerful and faithful woman who is part Welsh/Scottish/British; in fact 7 or 9 different nationalities in my family. I am a citizen of the world, and have lived in many places here in the USA, and traveled over seas. My sister lives in England with her English-born husband and is very happy being a "Brit." When I think about relationships, in fact, I would not even mind falling in love with and having a relationship with someone even in their 60's from one of these websites, because my sister has such a rich marriage and feels very fulfilled from it. However, someone my own age is very good, too.
I've a seminary and also a monastic background and they have served me well in life, and, for 20 years I have been assisting with Byzantine Chant in Greek, English, and other languages in almost all of the parishes I have ever attended. I have a lovely voice for reading, singing of folk tunes, and am a very solid and committed Eastern Orthodox Christian (Greek Archdiocese of America.)
Although making good friends along this journey has I have been (praying for) and seeking a man who is Caucasian, family roots in the UK or Canada, and who is not adverse to Religion or spirituality. He is perhaps occupied in either Teaching, IT programming, Psychology/counselling, entrepreneurial work (hope you can imagine.....)
I am the perfect match for someone widowed or divorced or separated (for a long time) who has had children and can understand that his experience is my comfort and joy: I am a single mom who does not have the luxury of raising her children at home, unfortunately, so, I do the best I can given the circumstances. When I find my personal soul mate I know that together we can have a cosy home that will be both our fortress, refuge, and delight -with or without children- as the years go by.
