I have been divorced a little over 4 years now and have used this time to rediscover who I am and rebuild my relationship with God.

En ideel første date ville være

I am pretty easy going and enjoy most activities so almost anything would be OK. (I was married for 33 years and have been single for 4 years, so any "first date" will be interesting.) A quiet walk after dinner would be nice, if it is not too hot, where we could get to know each other without a lot of pretense and games.

I might like to learn to play golf (I tried it once - it was not pretty), and maybe some sort of organized dancing. I am very open to trying almost anything new.

To continue growing in my relationship with God. To find a Christian man that I can share my life and love with. As a parent, we lead by example. I want to be a person my daughter can be proud of and a role model for her. She is 28 years old and we live together because we want to - as roommates and respected friends. I pray each day that the Lord will lead her to a "good Christian man". I guess I need to start praying that same prayer for myself.

I am looking for a man that will treat me as an equal in this great adventure of life. I am looking for a man that loves to laugh and wants to enjoy life with someone special. I want someone who is honest, communicative, trustworthy, hardworking, romantic and wants to be happy. I want someone I can talk to and pray with, someone that makes me laugh, desires to bring the best out in me and allows me to do the same for him. I am looking for a friend to begin with and will let God lead from there.
