I am unique - at least to God I am.
I am 53 years of age and a mother of two grown up children, who are great individuals. I enjoy family life and have a great relationship with my kids. My family – parents, older sister and my children, mean a great deal to me. I live with my daughter who is at University and my son, who graduated two years ago, lives with his Dad. I work in HR as an Administrator.
I have been a Christian for many years. At times I have let ‘life’ take priority and have ended up travelling in the wrong direction. God has been very patient with me and has lovingly put me back on the right path. I attend a Community Church where I have re-connected with God and a Community.
However, there is a void in my life caused by the breakdown of my marriage and I am looking to fill that void by enriching my life. Having a new relationship is part of that enrichment. I enjoy life but it is so much more enjoyable when shared with others.
My biggest achievement of the last six years is that I have put my life back together and I have discovered a new me – someone who is creative, rises to a challenge and is optimistic about the future.
I will not go bunjy jumping or sky diving but if that is your thing then I will happily cheer you on from the safety of the ground. I am not a sporty person but I do like to take care of myself and my appearance. I love to dress up and am just as happy to wear jeans and muck in. I love socialising with my friends over dinner – home cooked or at pubs/restaurants. I am not comfortable with pub quizzes but am very good at being hostess at formal receptions and parties. I will explain that one in more detail if you are curious. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy being with people who enjoy life. I do not appreciate sarcastic or crude humour.
I have been separated for six years and am divorcing my husband. I am looking for a man who is open, honest, trustworthy, loving and romantic. Someone whose faith is of central importance and has compassion for others. A good sense of humour is important too.
