Hmmm, well, I have a strong belief in God of course, that is why I am here. It tends to 'colour me'. I have general trust of people and believe I am trustworthy. I have fewer stronger relationships rather than many people who do not know me very well. I had good parents who went to church and lived their life the way they 'preached' it. I would say that the 'average modern man' (with no sense of God) who has no sense of tomorrow has no real place in my life. Been there, done that. It's empty. I'm not trying to say you have to be perfect guys, but what really drives you? I would rather be alone with my dream than caught up on the treadmill of the endless accumulation of stuff. I am looking for someone who realizes we all have to fight ego every day of our lives.

Getting outside, plugging in some tunes and working around the yard. (This is house-bound fun). For getting-out fun, I would like to see a live band/concert with friends. Having friends come over for dinner is fun. Babysitting my neighbour's boys is fun (I've known them since birth). Getting out to a local museum or a place where there is activity (e.g., festival, exposition, etc.) is relaxing. Dancing is a blast (I buy tickets to the ballet and other dance recitals every year). Debating is fun. Eating out is a great. Helping out at my church is fun too.

I am looking for someone who has a sense of God, of realizing that we are in a a privileged place in this world and that we have to give back. Someone who proves that relationship is stronger that material goods. A person with time to give is imperative; gunslingers need not apply. Since I like children, someone who has children (1-2) would not scare me off. I'm seeking a NON-SMOKER. Moderate drinking is fine (moderation in all activities). Someone of my age range who is making good lifestyle choices and who is willing to knock me off the pedastal early ('cause we all fall off of it sooner or later anyway) would interest me. Kindness is important. (I'll observe how you treat your friends and family). The man with the wandering eye - steer clear, I can spot you and smell you from one hundred paces.
