hedonist because I believe in living a full, rich life. Having said that I am Christian, a minister, a widow, and haven't been doing this dating thing for quite a while. About my history: retired from the Navy in 1989, had my own businesses (3) until 2006 when I entered Unity Seminary in Missouri. I tried church ministry and didn't care for the politics. I'm starting my own 501(c)(3) with the intention of reaching people who have had difficulty with God, religion and church.
Next year I plan to tour Europe.
What I believe: I look for the good in people, situations, myself, and life. I read the Bible and I disagree with the idea that God is anything other than a loving creator.
I live with a minister roommate and our four old cats and a kitten. I love cuddling with a cat and reading a murder mystery. My favorite wine is Merlot, although I only seem to drink it when my sister visits. Other interests are volunteering with Love INC, gardening, working out at the gym, good movies, tasty food, hanging out with friends and a new one online dating.
I am a member of the Friends of Bill W for over 30 years. I like direct, from the heart communication. Laughing is a favorite pass time, at my cats, life, and myself.
I'm looking to connect with a man who shares my interest in ministry, connections with people, activities which include travel, good food, and interesting experiences.
