Hello,
I enjoy news programs, cooking channels, biking, walking, ice/roller skating,wii bowling, tennis, golf and working out. I also enjoy photography, music of all types (except hard rap), movies, dinning out, traveling. Browsing bookstores, starbucks and lost weekends traveling on and off the beaten path around the corner and just about anything new or different. I'm always amenable to meeting people with similar qualities and interest as mines. I enjoy interacting with different cultures and spiritual traditions. Diversity, self-awareness and the world community is important to me. I'm a liberal on global & conservative issues.
A sense of humor about love, life and anything...is important to me. I try to follow my inner voice & thoughts, and not let society dictate my want and needs. I would love to establish a relationship with that special gentleman . Since moving to the DMV area from Boston, MA I have found it difficult to meet single males. The few that I've met thus far were either married or not the right match for me. So I haven't been doing any dating, mainly because of what I listed above. This online dating, may be the way to go to meet someone & pursue a healthy & serious relationship. I've come to the conclusion that the various ways of meeting people have become limited. I think it is due to decline in the sense of community that used to exist. Things like real neighborhoods are hard to come by. Many people move frequently and don't have a large base of friends who introduce them to friends.
