Music is my passion; I write, I sing, I drum, but only for fun, for the love of it all. My feelings and faith show in my writting and my attitude. I try to involve others when I can. My son is also big into music, just not my music, but that's okay.
I have a "real job" I love, but greatly enjoy my timeouts; reading, keeping, hanging with friends and familly, hiking or camping, or just getting away to try something different.
As a person, I'm involved, not just a spectator, helping out, or having fun (music, sports games, or good conversation).
I'm comfortable being alone, but prefer the company of others.

Depending on the synergy, an ideal first date might be something quiet like a skate on the Rideau Canal followed by hot chocolate and some conversation.
Something more exciting might include going horseback riding, skiing/snowboarding, or even something new to both like paint-ball.

On a rainy day, cards, board games or video games will keep me interacting with friends.
With good weather, team sports, hiking, touring a museum, or going to an amusement park!
I'm open to trying new things too (snorkling, sky-diving or horseback riding).
For quieter fun, I like cooking meals together, or having a few laughs watching a funny movie.

For me I guess it's someone who's not afraid to make the first move, to say what's on her mind, somewhat bold but not bullishly so.
Someone who can laugh at a bad joke, but laugh at helself too.
Someone who can just throw on a t-shirt and jeans on for dinner or a movie, and not have to first spend 30 minutes in front of the mirror.
