Me describiría a mi mismo como
I am a down-to-earth, sincere, genuine, caring, fun-loving young lady in my mid 40s. Im reasonably attractive, am quite intelligent and have a warm, friendly, out-going personality with a zany sense of humour.
I love to go out and to spontaneously do things, like swim in the waves or take a walk, go see the sights or see a movie, eat out or have someone cook for me at home before snuggling up to watch a DVD in front of the fire etc etc.
I am loyal, loving and faithful to the people I love - sometimes if the truth be told, I guess I can also be a little bit annoying to them as well - LOL, at least Im being real!! I think its my head-strong part that does it!!
Im 5' 3'' tall (short), of medium build and have long dark aurburn hair, brown eyes and a fair-ish complexion. Im of mixed heritage including Irish and some Maori and that is an important and significant part of who I am. Im interested and some-what involved in Te Ao Maori locally and in Christian circles.
I am musical and enjoy good music and dancing. as well as a good book. Im committed to my two sons who are now young adults, to my two young grandsons, my extended family and my close friends. Im committed also to the Christian values and beliefs that I endeavour to live by.
Im a professional person working in a interesting and challenging feild, earn a reasonable income and have acquired some of my own assetts.
I feel that I have achieved quite a bit in my life, however having been single for over ten years since my marriage broke up, while I brought my sons up and completed my studies, I am now ready to meet the 'someone' God has for me, a like-minded man - my soul-mate.
He would be someone who is sincere, genuine, caring, loving and mature, secure in himself, able to commit to a 'grown-up' relationship, with a view of firstly building a friendship that has the potential to then grow into a strong, committed life-time relationship, within which we could, when the time comes, 'grow old together'.
He may or may-not have some family committments (but not a young family) but will definitely be working in a profession or trade and financially secure with his own assetts. He will have a big heart and a capacity to love me and mine, as well as his own, whole-heartedly and unconditionally. Is that you? Are you ready for me?
