I am a young 52 year old woman who is slender, I love to work out at the gym and walk to stay in shape - but also like to have fun with tennis, beach volleybal, etc. I am very active (no couch potato here) who gets out daily to be with friends, work out, and I work two jobs. I enjoy reading, walks on the beach, doing pretty much anything if it's outdoors in the summer. Winter isn't as much fun for me because I don't have the body type for the extreme cold. But I manage by keeping active and finding things to keep my mind off the winter... thinking about taking up cross country skiing again so I have a reason to like the snow!!
