I am a 53 years old widow of 5 years, a Southern Baptist Christian, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother of 5 and friend. I like to go to church, read, go to movies, play on the computer, watch TV, watch and play with my grandkids, help my parents and other family members and friends. I have two dogs that are my kids but I keep at my house and take care of. I'm one of those people that what you see is what you get. I'm very nice, try not to ever hurt people's feelings, and always be considerate. I'm very easy to get along with-for the most part. I may be 53 but I feel young and most people tell me they wouldn't know I was 53 if I hadn't told them. I do like to have fun (not be silly but just fun). I do alot of things with my daughters and their families which keeps me young at heart. I like it when people have a natural ability to make me laugh. I like to travel, whether it is by car, plane, train, boat, RV, on cruises, or whatever. I love the mountains!!! I like to go to the beach. I like music, mostly Christian, old easy rock and roll and current easy rock, some country thrown in there. I love good food. I like to cook. I like the simple things in life but can adapt to anything. I'm not very complicated! I know enough about sports to at least be able to sit with you and follow what's going on if you want to. I like to try to learn about what other people are interested in so I can share that interest, or at least understand it. If you want to know more about me you can contact me.

I'm not sure how a first date goes now days since I haven't had a date in over 30 years...but I'll try. Maybe a date could be a dinner at a nice restraunt (where you have to get dressed up to get in) and then go to a movie. Or...Go to The Alhambra Dinner Theatre and then go to a restraunt for coffee for a little get to know each other conversation. Or...(If it is the spring of fall) a nice picnic in a park and then go to one of your houses and watch a movie or play a game. I don't know!!!I

Jeg har alltid hatt lyst til å prøve

I would like to travel to Hawaii, Alaska, Europe, (ie Paris, London, Rome, etc.) Austrailia, St. Thomas and the little islands around there. Or... I'd like to take a world cruise. These are just fantasy ideas which will never happen to me, but dream well.

Min idé av å ha det gøy er

I'm easy to please as far as having fun goes. I like to bowl, roller skate, take trips, just get together with friends, go for a boat ride, to the beach, or the pool, play games, go to a movie, rent a DVD, what ever everyone is up for.
The only thing I will say I don't really do is dance... I've never learned...you know the old adage that good Christian girls don't dance...therefore, never learned.
