I have fun. Life is going great. I enjoy time with friends and family as well as time with myself. I like to read, create things, DIY, camping, bowling, cards, sports, etc. I like doing things and have a lot of interests. I am a high school art teacher. This is my 29th year of teaching high school. My first 11 years of teaching were in the LCMS Lutheran School System. Now I am in the public school system. I also teach part time for an online school. In that capacity am an adjunct teacher for Art 6 and Art 8. I am fortunate to be living the dream. I tend to see the glass as always half full and I have a lot of energy.

Wat zoek je?

I want a relationship that is securely grounded in and growing in God daily. I want someone who is not looking for perfect because I am not looking for perfect and no person can be that. I want the imperfect person who will stick around and love me in spite of my imperfections and faults because I have them. I want kindness to be the rule. Kindness to each other; kindness to the our extended family and friends; kindness to people we see in the community. A person that will do what needs to be done to help their neighbors and friends. I would love to have someone that I can make laugh and that makes me laugh. I want the relationship like my grandparents had. Every night they washed the dishes together. It was more than dishes though. There was the dish exchange that had small touches. It was one of the most romantic things I have seen. For them that task was a bonding place. A place to re-establish their union. I am not saying I have to wash dishes with my guy but I do think having that one thing that is done everyday no matter what is important. It is that purposeful opportunity to re-establish and affirm the, "I still love you we are in this together." I want that person that will fight for our joy as a couple and never give up on it....because that is what I am going to do. It is work and it is intentional but it is so worth it.
